Richard Pattle is a senior global leader with a distinguished career spanning the military, royal service, banking, private equity, and advisory roles. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Megan Pormer Media, where he contributes strategic insight across leadership, governance, and global growth. A former Royal Air Force pilot, Richard served for 18 years in operational and senior defence roles before working closely with the British Royal Family as Equerry and later as Master of the Household to Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla. He later held senior leadership positions including Vice Chairman of Standard Chartered Private Bank and CEO of KEF Holdings, and is now based in Dubai, advising global businesses and investment ventures.
